Card fees are removed from the winning bid price before Micro Elite Computer
Services takes its commission as not to artificially inflate the final value
of our commission.
Our commission is
based on the following rates

eBay Fees: 0.00 to 250.00 = 30% |
| Sale price post
eBay Fees: 200.01 to 750.00 = 25% |
| Sale price post
eBay Fees: 750.01 to 2500.00 = 20% |
| Sale price post
eBay Fees: 2500.01 to 5000.00 = 15% |
| Sale price post
eBay Fees: 5000.01 to Higher = 10% |
Other items or
areas on eBay require a different listing option and have different eBay
fees, these include:
eBay Motors
(Vehicles that have Vin Numbers or Req Licenese by the state)

required prior to listing on eBay |
| When Item Sells
the end of auction fee is $50 + 10% of sale |
| If by chance the
item does not sell, there are no fees on top of the listing fee.

Computer Services cannot sell or broker Real Estate, however we can create
an post an eBay Real Estate advertisement on eBay for our clients.
The advertisement runs for 90-days on eBay, is seen around the world and
the interested parties will email you directly or email your broker for
information. The fee for creating and posting this advertisement on
eBay is $450. Payment is required in full prior to start of project.

eBay Store
Listings
| eBay has an area
on eBay called the eBay store. This area although quite vibrant in
the eBay marketplace is not part of the eBay general auction search.
This is a great venue for homemade crafts, inventory or stock items,
regular renewable inventory, or low ticket items that you wish to sell
i.e. books, dolls, other collectibles where you want a fixed price.
Rate is $1.00 per item per month with a 3 month minimum = $3.00 per item.
No commission or fees if item does not sell, normal commission and FVF
structure once sold. |
| As a bonus all
items that are listed on our eBay store will also be listed on our
ecommerce site at no additional charge increasing the exposure of the
items for sale. |

Micro Elite Computer Services has a minimum commission of $5.00.
Customer is responsible for eBay listing fees and the minimum commission
fees if their item does not sell. If item does sell Micro Elite
Computer Services will remove the listing fees and commission based on
the final sale price less eBay and processing fees. |
